  • We accept only prepaid orders & hence if your orders payment is successful but not fulfilled you can always raise complaint through email to [email protected]
  • No Returns/Exchange & No Refunds Except if the case is found genuine after investigation which may vary from case-to-case such as if different item or items received or damaged item or items during logistics then contact us to [email protected] will shipment pictures of items, packaging box, invoice copy so that we can investigate the matter from your side & resolve the matter. 
  • Shipping terms: We only Ship within Bangalore city limits to know whether your location pincode is served or not please go to listing & enter your pincode to check the service status. 
  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing an order or if the order is placed after 8pm & before 8pm (Mon-Fri)  you need to send an email to [email protected] with cancellation request. Note: If the order is already shipped then we cannot accept cancellation requests.
  • For Delivery, Please provide a complete & present shipping address to avoid delays or inconvenience of shipment delivery to you for which we will be not responsible & will not accept returns/refund for those orders. Kindly ensure to give any notes if required during the checkout process which will be helpful for us to serve better. Estimated delivery time is within 1-3 business days it can also vary depending on complete address, buyer presence at location &  various other reasons. Note: Courier usually attempts 2-times delivery afterwards; it is RTO(return-to-origin).
  • For In-store order pickup, timings are 2pm-5pm from Mon-Fri & On Saturdays between 11am-1pm. Please give us a call at support number if difficulty in locating our address inspite of google map link provided we will be happy to assist you.
  • Once your order is processed & ready to ship, you will get email/sms notification for the same. After dispatch, you will receive email/sms with the tracking number of your order shipment to know the latest status. Let us know with details updated to you via whatsapp to us  if unable to track, we will assist you.
  • We accept all modes of payment such as Debit/Credit Cards/Net banking of all major banks, NEFT/RTGS, Wallets, UPI.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. All you need is to call us through at 080-23475747. Call Timings:- 9:30 AM to 5 PM (Mon-Fri)
